Tom Horne


As an Executive Coach focusing on Team and Individual Leadership Development in larger organizations, Tom Horne coaches and mentors owners and managers of privately held companies on transformational performance strategies, and alignment of family and corporate interests. His 42 year career includes successful executive, consulting, and coaching work in manufacturing arenas. This includes working with his family’s confectionary manufacturing company for 24 years, growing it from $1 million to $30 million in international and domestic markets.

Tom was educated in Accounting and Business Administration at Manhattan College, NY, and worked 5 years for A.C. Nielsen Company as Accounting Supervisor before his years running Guernsey Dell. He's a Graduate Coach of the Coaches Training Institute, with a focus on Business and Executive Coaching. Tom participates in a variety of business and personal development courses including Landmark Education, and Coaching Development Courses. Tom is currently a Partner in The Full Picture, a coaching and consulting business. He's also an adjunct coach for Right Management and Enerpace, and is co-author of “Stages of Corporate Decline”, an article published by the National Association of Corporate Directors (September 2005).

For fun, Tom enjoys walking, live music, personal and spiritual development, reading, traditional choir singing, and traveling with his family.
